Would recommend, lovely welcome, very clean and comfortable. Across the road are the markets and beside are Makana chocolates - we had a wonderful stay. 

My brother and I were welcomed by the manager with a glass of wine each and a chat. Very much appreciate the friendliness of this man. The separate 2xbedroom unit was very comfortable, private and quiet.

We have stayed here a few times now and love the welcoming we receive from the owners. The rooms are so comfortable and we love listening to the birds in the morning surrounded by bush. 

Friendly and helpful staff and you can see they’ve put effort into making eco friendly choices. The room was spacious and the outlook of greenery was nice and felt private.

Very helpful owners - have stayed there before and quality remains good, and attitude of owners outstanding.

The comfort, tranquility and garden-like surroundings which provide guests with privacy - The motel is only a few minutes to Kerikeri's CBD by car - Staff service your room daily - Each motel suite has its own deck overlooking a garden - Lots of streaming and live TV entertainment options - the best I have seen at a motel/hotel in a long time - I didn't swim in the pool but it looked inviting  

Lovely relaxing location and rooms. Peaceful little garden, and thoughtful to have good quality mosquito-blinds on windows just in case. We didn't use the pool, but that looked nice. The jacuzzi was a welcome feature.

Just loved the setting and our room. Would thoroughly recommend this motel to anyone wanting to stay in Kerikeri.

Kitchenette, comfy bed, clean, gorgeous grounds, privacy, location , friendly cleaners and our hosts were so accommodating and friendly we felt so looked after on our trip , it was just perfect!

We got very lucky in this busy holiday season and found a perfect spot for a unexpected night around Bay of Islands. Owners are super lovely, the pool was a fabulous addition, bed was comfy and garden view made us feel very calm. Very private accommodation!

Booking. com stuffed up my booking! We were a family of 4 not 3! Kauri park motel sorted us out with an extra bed and towels late Christmas Eve. Very stress free and accommodating.

The grounds were clean and tidy. The facilities are modern and the rooms have great privacy. It’s in the perfect location and the salt pool was a bonus. Andrew and Jackie are the best host. They are very welcoming and you can tell they take pride in their work.

The location was very private with your own porch which opened onto a well kept garden with fruit trees. It was quiet and so so comfortable! Loved it! The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were offered complimentary drinks! My husband and I will definitely be going back and have recommended this to our friends and whanau. Top marks here!

Love the spa bath, fruit trees you can help yourself to, the deck out on to grass, nestled in a bush setting but right next to main road with cafes and chocolate factory within walking by distance.

The purpose of our stay was for husband’s rest and recovery from gruelling treatment and this was definitely achieved. The whole package was perfect for us, being able to sit out on our balcony with a book in the winter sun, was totally entertaining. Very warm, quiet and relaxing. Andrew made us so welcome on arrival - thank you.

The location was good and the owner was warm and friendly. She showed us to our room and turned our TV on for us, as it is sometimes daunting having to navigate an unfamiliar remote control. We also received complimentary glasses of wine, which was a real treat. The room was clean and the bed comfy. I will definitely be back.

Me and my partner loved our time at Kauri park Jacqui and Andrew were so helpful and very kind. Definitely a beautiful spot and we can’t wait to visit again.

The unit was set up with everything needed for a short stay and was sparkling clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the 'extras,' hair dryer, ironing board , fan. We also really enjoyed the private outdoor space with table and chairs to relax on.

Hospitable and so friendly. Wonderful hosts they go the extra mile to accommodate. We were here for a night on our way to cycle NZ and they got us out of a pickle.

This motel has a quiet, serene feel to it. We felt at home straight away. Everything was very well maintained including the gardens. The unit was a generous size. The location is great because it's quiet and yet close to KeriKeri. We were given a welcome glass of wine and beer. Much appreciated. 

Owners very accommodating and friendly, lovely and peaceful location , room to park boat /trailer . Lovely unit, comfy beds, Wifi etc. Use the pool and bbq area.

In the unit, the room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. Comfy unit. The swimming pool set up is inviting and a great size. So nice to finish the day off with a swim. In the kitchen, detergent bottle was full, new looking sponge. Accessories were topped up that was attractive. Not a skimpy feel.  

Family of 10 spread over 3 units all side by side. Our 3 units were surrounded by lovely trees and shrubs so it was like we had our own private courtyard. The kids (and adults) loved the pool! Nice and warm and very clean. BBQ facilities were great as well. Rooms were equipped with drink sachets, all the cutlery you need and cooking utensils. Nice seating as well as comfy beds. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. Friendly hosts.  

Yet another fabulous stay at the Kauri Park Motel. Quiet, private & peaceful! Will definitely be back to use the pool now the weathers warming up.

I recently stayed on a Saturday night whilst visiting friends in Kerikeri for the day. I asked about an early check in and it was not a problem.

My room was a spa studio with lovely modern decor. I enjoyed a lovely spa bath before curling up on the comfy couch with a lovely wool blanket and watched a couple of movies on Sky. The electric blanket was a bonus and the bed was comfortable and very spacious so I could sleep like a starfish!

Very comfortable and quiet. Lovely friendly hosts Andrew and Jacqui. Will stay there again next time I am over in Kerikeri

We received a very warm welcome from the host Andy and were offered a wine and beer to enjoy in our room.
The room was nice (we had the two room unit) and the extra room and kitchen facilities were a welcome relief after a few days in a single hotel room with kids!
We got some top tips of things to do and with the weekend markets directly across the road our breakfast option was sorted and the chocolate shop next door made for a great afternoon stop off (the cafe does ice cream too!).

Lovely friendly hosts, free complimentary drink on arrival, free upgrade was a nice surprise, Unit was very clean and tidy, lovely & spacious with a lovely lounge suite to relax on.

Property is well set back from the road, beautiful bush like settings, great location, Saturday markets right across the road. Definitely stay again.

Wow, what an incredible property they have here. Nestled off the main road, in a nice little area surrounded by native plants and plenty of singing birds, I felt totally removed from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The hosts here were absolutely fantastic. Very welcoming and keen for a chat. They have a dinner menu that looked fantastic but unfortunately I wasn't able to try (next time!). A small DVD library is also available for the DVD players in the rooms. 

The room itself was also fantastic, very comfortable and quiet. An amazing sleep was head. Pillows and bed were exactly the way I liked them. 

There's also a great outdoor area outside the room with tables and chairs were one could enjoy the evening with a quiet drink. 

Overall, a great motel and one I will definitely revisit given the chance

Located right opposite the famous Kerikeri Old Packhouse Market (which has markets on Saturday and Sunday mornings) and next door to the wonderful Makana chocolate factory and cafe.The motel is set back in tranquil peaceful gardens perfect for a weekend away exploring the winterless north!

The units are spacious and perfectly appointed with everything you need and were spotlessly clean. The beds are super comfy and dressed in immaculate white bed linen with a touch of colour added by the beautifully designed cushions adding that point of difference.

The bathroom was immaculately clean, roomy and had the whitest soft towels - even had a spa bath for the ultimate relaxation on a winter weekend away. Highly recommend this gem of a motel in Kerikeri which has everything you need for a wonderful stay and importantly welcoming friendly hosts

It's the first time I have ever received a complimentary glass of wine from a host, very welcome after a long day and drive.

I was fortunate enough to be upgraded, so was able to relax in the spa bath.

The Motel is lovely and quiet, well set off the road, so had a great night's sleep.

It's the perfect place to stay for a rep. My room was aesthetically pleasing, spacious and well equipped and with a deck to relax on.

My wife and I stayed at Kauri Park for 2 days while we were in Northland on business. We have stayed there previously and will do so again.

The units are single story, spacious, modern, private and are separate from each other in a very pleasant setting of mature ornamental and fruit trees.

The property itself is well off the road and quiet, accessed down tree lined driveway. If you are sick of 'strip mall' motels, and want somewhere really nice - this is the place to go.

Can't say enough good things about Kauri Park Motel. Upon arrival I was greeted by Jacqui with a glass of wine and milk for my tea plus answers to my questions about the area.

Since I was there over Good Friday, she advised me about getting in supplies while the store were open and checked around to find out what restaurants were open on the holiday.

The room was comfortable, clean and well-equipped.

The motel was well located for access to the area's many attractions.

Jackie and her husband are really taking care of their guests, asking for personal needs like drinks in the fridge, giving recommendations for trips etc.

The hotel is very clean and in a really really good condition!! It is close to the airport and easy to find which makes it easy to start your trips from there.

Kerikeri is a five minutes care ride away and offers a wide range of restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kauri Park Motel. It was just a nice quiet little place, no road noise, spacious rooms which was very clean and tidy.

Check in was a breeze and the host was super friendly.

Just a short drive from the main town but close to the farmers market and chocolate store.
